At BARK, we want you to feel as bold as our collections, so if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original security tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original BARK packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
